Guys....just saw this on Barker's official site...
"In late February 2008 Clive sat us down and read us Chapter Thirteen, set on Gorgossium, which was hot off his desk that morning! He delivered the full manuscript to his editor in the summer of 2009, but delays mean that publication of Abarat 3 is now scheduled for November 2011. He is already busy writing Books Four and Five and has announced the title of Book Four "

We know about that, Anaphora. There's no real way to tell whether the date on Amazon is right or not, but it's pretty darn close to November, so it's possible that Clive's people only got a vague date, and eventually it was decided that the book would be release not in November, but in late September. And even if it is released in November, we've waited so long, surely we can wait a bit more.

Oh, I thought pre-ordering was what was opening up on Amazon in September? And that when the book was released in November we'd get it...
