I will choose the thread that either seems to be the most interesting thread made in that particular month or the thread that gets the most replies.

I will probably choose the member ((who isn't staff - at least for now)) who is the most active on site in that month.
If there seems to be problems figuring out the winners in these categories I will change the criteria. But for now this is how we are going to role.
