I'm sure you are all familiar with mylifeisaverage.com... and the HP version they have of it. Well I think we should start our own mini "My Life is so Abarat" and we can post moments in our lives where we used and Abaratian term or whatnot hahahha
I hope this also encourages you all to live a life more filled with with the Abarat

Haha this sounds great! And I actually have one that happened to me today. Should I just post it here? Today I was practicing parallel parking. The driving instructor asked me if there was anyone I thought was cute and what his name was. My first thought was "Chris". I spent the next half hour imagining Christopher Carrion glaring at me from the spot of a traffic cone. My Life is SO Abarat.

Today I saw a skeleton nutcracker and thought of Carrion.

I have to tell you guys this, because it just was more proof to me that I would never be over this series...
I was watching Lion King 2 and instead of paralleling everything to Romeo and Juliet I couldn't get over the parallels to Abarat 2! Like, the scar part, and the flood part. Lots of parts haha. I think Mater Motley, Carrion, Letheo, and Candy could have made up a large portion. And Timon and Pumba would have been the John Brothers....

I say "Lordy Lou", a lot in my head, and remember one time where I actually said it in front of my parents. Luckily I don't think they were really listening. I like it but it's not something I really want people to hear me saying...
