I never get to watch the oscars, the time difference means its on at a rubbish time. Plus I always seem to be working the following day But teehee Pinhead, yay!

I ALWAYS watch the oscars.
I loved the tribute to horror -really wants to watch one now-
but I wouldn't consider new moon or edward scissorhands horror.... would you?

Also the hosts were not that funny this year... I miss Billy Crystal and Whoopi!!!

I'm shocked that Avatar didn't win best picture... it was so amazing...
I mean I'm all for a woman finally winning best director and all that jazz but Avatar took movies to a whole new level - you can't compete with that.

ANd how in the heck did District 9 make it to the Oscars?? did anyone else see that??? wth!!!

yes, TWILIGHT IS SO NOT SCARY! unless you consider a wet puppy scary. Are you kidding me, district 9 was an awesome movie!It definetly should have won something, but it was great that it was at least nominated.

Twilight is supposed to be a romance story surely??!?!?! So most of the characters are dead, that don't equal horror to me. ;D

I only watched the end, from the dance thing on. Ed Scissorhands is my favorite movie, but it is by no means horror. Huh. I agree that Avatar should have won best picture, it was awesome. And no offense, but I totally did not like District 9 either.
